
About The Corporate Celiac
I work full-time and have celiac disease. I’ve always loved cooking, but between my demanding job and the gluten-free learning curve, dinner quietly turned into another decision I didn’t have the energy to make.
I defaulted to freezer meals and takeout- gluten-free cooking felt like more work at the end of an already long day. It was expensive, repetitive, and stripped the enjoyment out of meals.
In 2025, I decided to change that. Not by cooking more, but by cooking smarter: using simple systems, reliable recipes, and a pantry that actually supported weeknight dinners instead of sabotaging them.
The Corporate Celiac exists to share those systems and no-fail recipes with other professionals who have demanding jobs and need meals to be safe, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable- even when they don’t have the bandwidth to figure it out every night.
