These are my favorite brands and products to stock my fridge and pantry with.

.

Bare Bones instant broth packets (paid link): These are great in soups or just as some hot broth when you’re feeling chilly.
Badia brand spices (paid link): I linked to the Roasted Garlic (my favorite) as an example here, but honestly these can be found in so many grocery stores. I love that they’re all marked gluten-free on the front (no questioning) and there’s a ton of variety.
King Arthur Gluten-Free Bread Flour (paid link): BY FAR my favorite flour for bready recipes. It’s made with gluten-free wheat starch so it’s the closest thing to “regular” bread I’ve had in a while. I’ve even made sourdough and artisan breads with it.
King Arthur Gluten-Free Protein Pancake mix (paid link): I’m trying to keep healthy, even when I’m not- I love this pancake mix, and I’ll often use it to make pancake “buns” for my breakfast sandwiches.
Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Classic Pancake & Waffle mix (paid link): Another really great pancake mix (sans the protein). I’ve made pancake balls with this and they came out phenomenal- no one could tell they were gluten-free.
Pillsbury Gluten-Free Funfetti Cake mix (paid link): I’ll go to my grave saying this is just like the real thing. Although I do skip the canned frosting (or doctor it up to make it taste more homemade).
Krusteaz Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffin mix: I wish I could have found an easier link for this one- by far one of my favorite pre-made mixes. I add the zest of one lemon and extra blueberries to these and they’re not only my favorite, but my most requested baked item from my team in the office (“when are you making your blueberry lemon muffins again?!”)
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Advanced, Strawberry Lemon flavor (paid link): I know some people drink this straight, but I use it to make my morning Kefir shots (protein AND probiotics!).
Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla Ice Cream flavor (paid link): I switch back and forth between using pre-made protein shakes and this protein powder for my protein-coffee in the morning. This one has a very neutral flavor, and I like that I can pack this for when I travel.
The LiveGfree brand from Aldi is amazing, and the brownie mix might be my favorite. I more often use this to make cookies (recipe) on the back, and is my second-most requested baked item from my team.
